Vendors will have access to the location for up to five hours following the festival conclusion to dismantle and remove all items brought to the festival.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr\u003eVendor agrees to hold “FRO FEST” free from any damages or claims that may develop in connection with participating in the above festival.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr\u003eVendors must provide 10x10 tent ( If you do not own a 10x10 tent, a tent package can be provided with 1 tent, 1 8ft table and 2 chairs and set up for a $195 by a local rental company), table(s), chair(s) and any other décor for stall set up at Festival.
