Vendors must provide 10x10 tent ( If you do not own a 10x10 tent, a tent package can be provided with 1 tent, 1 8ft table and 2 chairs and set up for a $195 by a local rental company), table(s), chair(s) and any other décor for stall set up at Festival.
The venue of Fro Fest 2026 will be secured 2 days before and day of event by securities and police officers to avoid any theft, or damages to vendor’s belongings.
