Once you've completed the registration form. Please make payment to ensure your spot is secured.
FRO FEST registration fee is a sum of $250 for a license to vend at the festival.
(Vendors Business Name) agrees to the following terms:
Vendors will be given access to the place that is agreed upon by both parties 48 hours before the festival starts to set up the vendor’s station and anything else that is needed at the location.
Vendor’s staff will exhibit that goods are for sale only while staff is within the area of the vendors specified location.
Vendors staff will be properly dressed and their appearance will be clean and neat portraying their brand. Vendors will have access to the location for up to five hours following the festival conclusion to dismantle and remove all items brought to the festival.
Vendor agrees to hold “FRO FEST” free from any damages or claims that may develop in connection with participating in the above festival.
Vendors must provide 10x10 tent ( If you do not own a 10x10 tent, a tent package can be provided with 1 tent, 1 8ft table and 2 chairs and set up for a $195 by a local rental company), table(s), chair(s) and any other décor for stall set up at Festival. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS REGISTRATION SPOT IS ALLOTTED TO ONE BUSINESS ONLY
The venue of Fro Fest 2026 will be secured 2 days before and day of event by securities and police officers to avoid any theft, or damages to vendor’s belongings.
All vendors will receive 3 passes.
Registration fee is Non-Refundable and Non-Transferabble
